The Client

The Company was set up in 1994 with the key objective of bringing the world renowned brand "JOCKEY®" to India. Its promoters are the Genomal family, who have been associated with JOCKEY International Inc. for 50 years as their sole licensee in the Philippines. Page Industries became a public company in March 2007 and is quoted in the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.

The Challenge

With the growing technology and its evolution, every business needs to adhere to that growth to sustain in the market. Jockey which was a leading seller had already established its foot prints in offline marketing and moving the huge customer strength from offline to online be their requirement. All the other challenges that went with it, were retaining their customer strength, giving them a seamless integration of offline and online markets and a steady increase in online users size.

The Journey

With our targets listed, we set off for the design. The first was the ideation; where we had to discuss on what was their idea which had brought them to us. Once the entire motive of their idea, their expectation and business strategy was clear, we had further stepped into framing their business process. This was on figuring out, which could be the best possible, optimized, latest technology that could best fit their requirement. Once the technology was finalized their roadmap would be laid ready for the developers to begin. Having continuous improvement as our business process motto, we then brainstorm to re-engineer and bring ideas on “what could have been still done better”.

The Solution

The Jockey online website was successfully pushed live with all its huge customer strength retained. Being their technology partners, we had committed ourselves to provide the best in-class solution. The solution saw a clear recognition of successful increase in their online users:
